MEET THE TEAM BEHIND LESMETINS

Lesmetins began with two people who shared the same vision.

Yoseph & Dinda started everything with a simple intention, to build something they truly believed in, through a process that felt close to who they are.

The journey started from a small booth at La Brisa Bali, joining the Sunday Market every week and introducing Lesmetins one person at a time to those discovering us for the very first time.

From that small space and simple process, Lesmetins slowly grew and eventually found its place across different destinations in Bali.

But it wasn’t only the brand that evolved. The people behind it grew too. As time went on, the team gradually formed to shape every part of the Lesmetins journey, from design, production, and sales to marketing.

What makes it special is that almost everyone on the team did not come through a formal hiring process. They were the people closest to us.

Old friends who had grown together since 2012, since high school, and who eventually found themselves reunited through the same shared purpose. That closeness, built long before Lesmetins existed, and became something difficult to recreate or teach.

Maybe that is also what makes everything we do feel different. Because behind every decision, revision, long discussion, and every process we go through, there is always a sense of ownership that grew naturally over time.

Lesmetins is not simply a place to work. For us, it is something we are building together. And perhaps because of that, everyone involved always tries to give their best, not because they are expected to, but because they genuinely care about what we are creating.

Sometimes having many voices means having more considerations. But for us, that becomes space to complement one another, challenge one another, and continue pushing Lesmetins to become a better version of itself.
